Tooth Fairy

Most four year old don't get visited by the tooth fairy, then again most four year old don't have to get knocked out and have two hour worth of dental work done either. Layla did both, she was so excited waiting for the tooth fairy and putting her teeth in her special pillow. She had baby bottle rot on her teeth and had to get 4 teeth pulled and have a few root canals and some fillings. The lesson from this is no sleeping with bottles or sippy cups, start brushing and flossing our kids teeth as soon as they have them. This was a pricy lesson to learn thankfully California had a program that helped some. Layla was a trooper, and came out of the whole experience better than expected. I felt pretty bad when she asked me if the dentist took all her teeth. This week was kind of Layla week, she had her teeth done and then we set up her bedroom. Layla has been in our room ever since we moved in with our in laws again, and now she has her own space. I never realized how much stuff she had until I started moving in all into her room. We had so many things given to us, like her bed, bedding, book shelf and so on, she has the perfect prince room, just what she wanted. She loves having her own space and her own TV. On the weekend Jose and I went to see Kevin Hart at the Improve Irvine, he was so funny, I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. It was nice to have a night out but I felt bad since I have never left Cassandra that late and she is very attached to me in the evenings.
